Ableton Exit Full Screen Mode Mac

I'm stuck in full screen mode and I can't see the small green arrow at the bottom right of the Live screen. Does anyone know how to get back to regular screen mode. I've tried pressing F11 (changed expose to CTRL + F11) and it still won't work. I've maneuvered the window around everywhere and still the small green arrow is out-of-site. Feb 11, 2011 I run Parallels in full screen mode and, in Parallels 5, CMD+Q would quit Parallels. This doesn't work in Parallels 6 and the only way I can find to quit Parallels 6 is to first exit full screen mode and then choose Quit form the Parallels menu.
